In our Cabin Crew Training Courses you’ll learn how to co-ordinate a safe flight – preparing the cabin, getting the passengers aboard, demonstrating safety procedures as well as learning how to deal with emergencies.
With Host tutor
English Operational aviation professionals are required to reach and maintain ICAO level 4 and above.
The course focuses on the six specific areas of language skill specified by ICAO: pronunciation, structure, vocabulary, fluency, comprehension and interaction.

What is an Aviation Cabin Crew course?
If you have considered a career as part of a Cabin Crew then consider taking one or more of our Preparation Courses. We offer Courses from 1 day to 2 weeks, depending upon your requirements.
Interview Techniques And Dress To Impress
Course includes an introduction to the world of Aviation, ice breaker, dress to impress, what to wear and how to present yourself; group interviews, one to one interviews, sales role play. Advice, feedback and guidance on the days performance.
Duration: Full day, 8.45am to 16.30pm.
Introduction To Airline World
Course includes an introduction, ice breaker, airline jargon, airport codes, airline codes, Jobs available in the airline world and job search including where to look and who to target.
Duration: Half day, 8.45am to 13.15pm.
Talk from an industry professional on the travel & airline world, advice and guidance, and a chance to ask many questions on the industry. Helps you decide if it’s the job for you.
Duration: Full day, 1.30pm to 16.30pm
Course includes an introduction, ice breaker, essential customer service skills, role plays & scenarios, identifying different customer types, and customer service exercises. How to deal with potentially difficult and or dangerous situations. Dress to Impress. Feedback and guidance from the day’s session.
Duration: Full day, 8.45am to 4.30pm
Course includes an introduction, ice breaker followed by a CV workshop.
Duration: Half day, 8.45am to 13.15pm.
First Aid Certificate
Course incorporates Health & Safety and includes an introduction into the airline aviation.
Duration: Half day, morning and afternoon courses available.
If you feel your English is not of a standard required by Airline Companies then enrol on our “Walk In” Courses. This deals with General Everyday English; conversation and written as well as expected everyday scenarios within this Industry. This course can be taken in conjunction with any of the other Aviation Courses we currently offer.
Duration: 3 weeks, 8.45am to 3pm Monday to Friday.
We can offer this course as either a Homestay around the South East Coast and London areas or at our English and Aviation training Centre, based at Shoreham Airport in the UK.
ADDITIONAL AVIATION COURSES
We have an integrated course designed specifically for Air Crew/Ground staff and Aviation management. This covers aviation English ICAO Level 4 as well as Radio Telephony, First Aid, Law etc.
Our One to One Homestay tutors and Shoreham Airport Classroom tutors are experienced teachers and have relevant aviation industry experience.
CABIN CREW COURSES
An introduction to the World of Cabin Crew and aviation includes CV writing, interview techniques, airport orientation and customer service.
